Meet Our Director
Abraham Blay is the driving force behind WorkSafe & Legal. As the Team Director, he brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in legal practice. With extensive experience in Employment Law, Health & Safety Law, Family Law, and McKenzie Friend general litigation services, Abraham has built a strong reputation for delivering exceptional results for his clients.
Abraham’s professional journey includes serving as a Health & Safety and Fire Manager and a key member of the Risk Management Team, ensuring organisational compliance with crucial legislation. His commitment to leadership extends beyond legal practice—he is also a governor at South London and Maudsley NHS, where he contributes to governance and risk management.

Legal & Consultancy Expertise
Abraham operates primarily as a consultant and is an OSHCR-registered legal and health & safety consultant. He is a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends and works within unreserved areas of law. When handling cases that exceed the scope of unreserved legal work, he is supervised by a Barrister, Solicitor, or Chartered Legal Executive, as prescribed by the Legal Services Act 2007. This enables him to act as a fee-earner or referral consultant where necessary.
